Steep Angle Branch Pipes Made of Sheet
A cylinder-shaped blank of the specified diameter and length is made of sheet material by bending it into a pipe and welding with one joint using an automatic unit, followed by external finishing of the weld joint.

Diameter of branch pipes (Dext) - 27-102 mm
Bending radius - 0.75-1.5 Dext.
Shaping of Parts of Sheet Using High Specific Pressure
Using this procedure parts of dimensions up to 1000x1000 mm are shape-formed. The process is performed with the help of hydraulic presses P-5054, YaO-6017A featuring 24000 tf effective force, and 3150 tf QAB-32 press.
But for press forming of parts with diameter up to 000 mm deep drawing of parts like cylinder hemispheres, shells with drawing depth up to 300 mm is possible.
Shaping of Sheet Parts Using Heating
ISOTHERMIC FORMING IN CERAMIC DIES. This technology provides for manufacture of parts of 4th class of accuracy out of sheet 1,0 - 4,0 mm thick, dimensions 500x600 mm, with flanges up to 90 mm.
GAS-VACUUM FORMING. This procedure provides for manufacture of parts with complex surface geometry of sheet material 0.6 - 1.0 mm thick, dimensions up to 600x800 mm.
GAS-COMPRESSION FORMING. The procedure is used to manufacture parts with complex surface geometry of sheet material 1.0 - 2.0 mm thick, dimensions up to 500x500 mm.
FORMING WITH COMBINATIVE HEATING. Depending on the material and type of parts this procedure is implemented using elastic medium dynamic forming.

Cutting of Sheet Materials Using Laser Beam
The Process is performed with the help of numerically-controlled "Berens Y20L" and IPL-1600 plants.
