Non-Metal Production Facility

Plastic and Rubber Parts

Plastic and rubber parts are manufactured by pressing using up to 400 ton-force hydraulic presses in heated split dies featuring automatic temperature-control cycle.

Rubber Profiles

Long-length rubber profiles of various cross-sections, sealing tapes, and tubes are produced by extrusion of raweet rubber at special extruders followed by autoclave vulcanization. Maximum profile length - 4000 mm.

Thermoplastic Parts

Production of parts of polyethylene, polystyrene and its copolymers, and polyamide up to 150 g and overall dimensions up to 250x100x100 mm is conducted at a special sector, equipped with thermoplastic automatic units with up to 150 cubic cm shot volume and an automatic rotary line with up to 12 cubic cm mould volume.

Plexiglass Parts

The facility provides for manufacturing of various structures of flat glass, glass in combination with metal, spherical and box-type items, plate glass, aircraft canopies, and other single and double curvature parts. Those are manufactured of SO, AO, and other brands of plexiglass against blocks with the help of pneumatic or vacuum methods. The items can be up to 12 mm thick and have overall dimensions of up to 1500x1500x700 mm. Mechanic attachment of parts as well as their gluing providing for air-tightness at the level of diffusive adhesion, gluing of various tapes to the glass (lavsan, suede, leather, velours, etc.) may be provided by the structure.
