Machining of Complex-Shape Basic Parts
Castings of aluminum alloys and steel are used as blanks. Machining is conducted using "machining centre"-type NC multi-purpose machines, models AGP 630-800-1.3; IR-500MF4; "Gorizont-24", etc.
Dimensions of machined parts - 1000x800x500 mm. Surface finish accuracy of 7-9 and roughness of Ra 0.8; 1.6 are ensured.
Machining of "Bracket" and "Belt"-Type Parts
Alloyed high-strength heat-strengthened steels are most commonly used as a material for such parts. Forgings are used as blanks, though roll material can also be used for that purpose. Machining is conducted with the help of MA-655 NC milling-drilling-boring machines or similar. Overall dimensions of parts - 800x300x200 mm. Surface finish accuracy of 7-9 and roughness of Ra 1.6 are ensured.
Machining of "Body"-Type Parts
Castings or pressings can be used as blanks, though forgings can also be used for that purpose.
Alloyed steels and aluminium alloys are used as a material.
Machining is conducted with the help of IR-200PMF4 "machine unit"-type NC multi-purpose machine. Overall dimensions of parts - 200x200x200 mm. Surface finish accuracy of 7-9 and roughness of Ra 0.8; 1.6 are ensured.
Machining of "Figures of Revolution"-Type Parts
Circles, pipes, forgings, pressings, and castings can be used as blanks for such parts.
Material - structural and alloyed steels, aluminum and copper alloys, non-metal materials. Parts are processed with NC lathes: SPR-63NC, SPS 2/25, etc. Overall dimensions of parts - 50x250 mm. Surface finish accuracy of 7-9 and roughness of Ra 0.32; Ra 1.6 are ensured.
