Steel Casting

Production of steel castings for structural parts is implemented through precision steel casting into consumable patterns. Casting alloys used: VNL-3, 1H18N9TL, 35HGSL, 35L, EI268L, 40HL. Maximum dimensions of castings: 610x420x120mm, weighing of castings - from 0.01 to 25 kg, minimum thickness of webs - 2.0 mm, weight precision number 0.6 - 0.8.

Aluminum Casting

DIE CASTING method is used to make castings of Al 2, Al 9, Al 19, VAl 5 alloys up to 10 kg with weight precision number up to 0.6. Cast blanks of Al 19, VAl 10 high-strength alloys are made by casting into ONE-TIME SAND MOULDS. The maximum weight of castings is 15 kg, dimensions - 500x500x1200 mm. Aluminum casting of AK7-Ch alloy of dimensions up to 1500x1500 mm and weight up to 30 kg is available.

Magnesium Casting

Castings of high-strength and heat-resistance magnesium alloys Ml5, Ml10 of dimensions up to 600x600x2100mm are produced using one-time sand moulds.
