General Description
The following types of corrosion protection are used in production:
Zinc-plating of parts of structural and carbon steels with coating thickness of up to 36 micron, including that with chromate passivation.
Chromium plating of steel- and copper alloy parts.
Nickel-plating of carbon steel- and copper alloy parts.
Phosphating of parts of structural and carbon steels.
Chemical oxidation, anodizing of aluminum alloy parts.
Hard (antiwear) anodizing of aluminum alloy parts.
Pulse anodizing of titanium with coating thickness of up to 3 micron.
Protective-and-decorative coating of parts, units, and items of steel, aluminum alloys, fiberglass plastic, etc. using various paint coating systems.
