Business-planing; preparation and signing of international contracts
Operational management of international civil programs including contract tracking on the stage of preparation and further serial production; quality management; financial management; Customs procedures and licening; logistics.
Within the framework of international civil programs the company is сollaborating with leading European aircraft building companies in the area of manufacture and delivery of aircraft components, namely:
Ground effect vehicle "Volga-2" ;
Planned for the future is further development and serial production of promising aircraft and boats being of significant export potential, as the following:
8-seat amphibious aircraft "Dingo" with air-cusion landing gear;
