Services for Operation of Aircraft and Aircraft Equipment
The "NAZ "Sokol" JSC provides technical support for produced aircraft and aircraft equipment throughout the whole service life and offers the following services:
1. Guarantee maintenance of aircraft and aircraft equipment by skilled specialists including prompt elimination of failures, supply of spares and rendering assistance to Cusvitomer's personnel in familiarization with new equipment. 2. Gathering and analysis of information on failures of equipment supplied, control for implementation of measures to eliminate causes of failures and conditions favourable for their occurrence. 3. Performance of works on rectification of engineering and technological drawbacks, extension of service life, upgrading and re-equipment. 4. Re-conditioning, current repair of aircraft upon completion of warranty-covered period including break-down repairs. 5. Scheduled repairs, on-condition repair, preventive maintenance and disposal works. 6. Prompt unscheduled inspections of aircraft equipment connected with failures effecting flight safety. 7. Rendering a qualified technical assistance to Customer's maintenance personnel in familiarization with new aircraft equipment, its training in operation rules and in performance of the most complicated installation, adjustment and alignment works and maintenance operations. 8. Participation of enterprise experts in work of commissions for investigation of failures and flight accidents as well as in aircraft operational status checks throughout the whole service life. 9. Manufacture and supply of spare parts in accordance with nomenclature submitted by Customer. 10. Annual correction of operating and maintenance documentation and providing a Customer with documentation according to requests. 11. Annual analysis of information received from Customer on technical condition of aircraft and aircraft equipment, elaboration of proposals for quality improvement and introduction of amendments into design, technological and repair documentation. 12. Designer's supervision in the process of aircraft operation. 13. Carrying out marketing research and measures by method of collection and study of Customer's observations and proposals throughout the whole service life for the improvement of the supplied aircraft and aircraft equipment quality, maintenance quality and decrease of costs for their maintenance. 14. Development of projects for the establishment of joint ventures and regional bases with Customers for priority trends connected with repair, upgrading and after-sale service.
