- Certificate of No.R-47 dated 27.03.97 of the Interstate Aviation Committee Register on recognition as the Developer of civilian aircraft in the АP-23 volume.
- License No.586 dated 22.02.01 of the Russian Aviation and Space Agency for development of components for aircraft and space machinery, ground equipment, training aids and on upgrading of aircraft machinery as agreed with a developer.
- License No.P-1273 dated 03.07.2000 of the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation for the right of production, repairs, guarantee maintenance of airplanes, gliders, components of aircraft, ground support equipment as well as for the right of maintenance of aircraft and instrumentation, flight simulators, installations and equipment for simulation of aircraft flights.

Designing of airframe structure from aluminium, aluminium-lithium alloys (military airplanes: МiG-21, МiG-25, MiG-29UB, MiG-31; civilian airplanes: "Dingo", F-15F, М-101Т, Yak-130.01)
Unique experience in designing of steel and titanium welded structures of supersonic aircraft airframes with use of welding of all types:
electron-beam welding;
roller-spot electric welding (manual and automated with use of programmers);
argon-arc welding (manual and automated)
