Accord-201 aircraft is designed by AVIA LTD Research-and-Production Association. The company is issued certificate No. P-35 as "Light Civil Aircraft Designer", issued by the Aviation Registry of the Interstate Aviation Committee on February 23, 1995.
Accord-201 is a twin engine multipurpose aircraft with amphibious capabilities designed for passenger operations, paratrooping and cargo dropping, patrol missions, as well as for being used as a specialized platform for patrolling, search-and-rescue, ambulance and other types of operations.
The aircraft landing gear featuring low-pressure tyres provides for operation from unpaved airfields.
An optional easy-to-install float-type landing gear provides the aircraft with amphibious capabilities. The amphibious landing gear package includes the remote control electric drive to control the position of the floats. The electric drive ensures moving the floats up/down in flight, as well as during taxing from the water ashore and from the ground into the water.
The spacious door in the rear of the fuselage provides for loading and dropping of large-size cargo and cargo trays, embarkation and disembarkation of passengers and cargo from vessels, piers, and pontoons without supplementary equipment.
Currently, Accord-201 aircraft is undergoing certification.
